Velassaru Maldives is seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused Guest Experience Host (Russian Speaking) to join our Front Office Department. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive on creating exceptional experiences and ensuring guests feel valued throughout their stay.
As part of the Front Office team, you will manage the stay of allocated guests, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will play a central role in delivering the renowned Velassaru Experience while building strong connections with Russian-speaking guests and other international visitors.

Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Experience Host (Russian Speaking) at Velassaru Maldives, your duties will include:
- Managing allocated guests throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless and memorable Velassaru Experience.
- Meeting guests face-to-face at least twice during their stay and conducting regular courtesy calls.
- Collecting guest feedback daily and recording it in the Courtesy Call Log.
- Resolving guest concerns promptly and updating records in Opera PMS.
- Exceeding guest expectations by providing personalized service and attention to detail.
- Carrying out guest check-ins in accordance with SOPs and Small Luxury Hotels (SLH) standards.
- Releasing timely reports related to guest experiences and gathering feedback upon their return from activities.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Front Office Department within a resort or hotel environment.
- Sound knowledge of Opera (or Fidelio) PMS and office software packages.
- Fluency in Russian and English (both spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a highly customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
