Position: Contracting Executive – Sales & Marketing
Location: Adaaran Resorts & Heritance Aarah | Maldives
We are seeking a passionate and high-performing Contracting Executive – Sales & Marketing to join our team. This role is central to supporting the Sales & Marketing department by managing contracting processes with travel partners, tour operators, and agents.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong business relationships while ensuring all contracts are competitive, accurate, and aligned with the resort’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Contracting Executive – Sales & Marketing, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing contracting processes with travel partners, agents, and tour operators.
- Negotiating terms and maintaining accurate, competitive agreements aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure contracted terms are effectively implemented.
- Maintaining detailed and updated records of agreements and contracts.
- Monitoring market trends and providing valuable insights to strengthen sales strategies.
- Supporting promotional activities, reporting, and overall business development efforts.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
