Crown & Champa Resorts is seeking a courteous, attentive, and service-oriented Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects the resort’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Waiter at Crown & Champa Resorts, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
- Presenting menus, explaining specials, and providing detailed information on food and beverage offerings when requested.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and relaying them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction throughout the meal and responding promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Preparing tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses; ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement before and after service.
- Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in all areas of the restaurant.
- Assisting in other food and beverage areas when required, including during special events or functions.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a resort or fine dining environment.
- Knowledge of food service techniques, customer service principles, and restaurant hygiene standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
- O Level Education or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
