Emerald Faarufushi Resort & Spa is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individuals to join our Food & Beverage Service team. We are looking for dedicated professionals who have a passion for hospitality and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities
As part of our F&B Service team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Taking and serving orders accurately and efficiently while anticipating guest needs.
- Ensuring service areas and equipment are maintained to the highest hygiene standards.
- For Bartender: Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and engaging guests with friendly and professional service.
- Adhering to LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards to ensure consistent luxury service delivery.
- Working collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and productive environment.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be considered for these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position within a luxury resort or hospitality environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of LQA standards is an added advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
- For Waiter (Locals): Must be a Maldivian national.
