Soneva Jani Maldives is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Villa Attendant to join our elite hospitality team. This luxury resort job offers the opportunity to be part of an iconic Maldivian resort known for exceptional guest service and unparalleled attention to detail.
As a Villa Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of the villas and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless and memorable stay in a serene island environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of villas and surrounding public areas to the highest standards.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, laundry, and restocking supplies.
- Attend promptly to guest requests with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment in all assigned areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless guest experiences.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant departments immediately.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment.
- Previous experience working in a remote island setup is highly preferred.
- Physically fit, healthy, and well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Outgoing, energetic, cheerful, and positive personality.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with a strong guest service orientation.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
