Crown & Champa Resorts is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our dedicated housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring that guest rooms and resort areas are immaculate, welcoming, and aligned with the resort’s reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant at Crown & Champa Resorts, your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with resort standards.
- Prepare and clean guest rooms, including changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing toiletries and amenities.
- Check and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms and public areas to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
- Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with special guest needs or requests to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate for this luxury resort job should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or room attendant role, preferably within a resort or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, housekeeping tools, and safe use of chemicals.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
