Who We’re Looking For
Kurumba Maldives is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our award-winning housekeeping team. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with prior hospitality experience who are eager to grow their careers in a luxury resort job environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that Kurumba is famous for.
Key Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant at Kurumba Maldives, you will be responsible for:

Cleaning and maintaining assigned guest rooms according to resort standards

Handling guest requests courteously and promptly

Removing room service items and transporting them to the appropriate pantry station

Reporting any damages or maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor

Turning in lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office

Communicating guest feedback or complaints to the Supervisor in a timely manner
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role at a five-star resort or hotel

Completion of O’ level education

Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and safety standards

Ability to speak and understand basic English

A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a positive attitude

Willingness to work in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment
