Job Title: Public Area Attendant
Crown & Champa Resorts is currently hiring a Public Area Attendant to help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas across the resort. This role plays an essential part in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering spotless, well-maintained spaces. If you enjoy working in a dynamic resort setting and have an eye for cleanliness, this position is a perfect match.
Key Responsibilities
As a Public Area Attendant, your primary duties will include:

Maintaining the cleanliness of all public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and recreational facilities.

Performing regular cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, sweeping, window cleaning, and trash disposal.

Sanitizing high-touch surfaces and ensuring hygiene protocols are followed.

Monitoring and replenishing supplies in public restrooms and guest-facing areas.

Promptly reporting any maintenance concerns or damages to the appropriate departments.

Ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and properly stored after use.

Courteously responding to guest inquiries or requests while maintaining professionalism.

Assisting the housekeeping team with deep-cleaning tasks or special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

Previous experience in a housekeeping or public area cleaning role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, and use of cleaning chemicals.

Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and remain efficient in high-traffic environments.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Physically fit to handle manual tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Minimum O-Level education or equivalent.
