The Housekeeping Team Leader will play a key role in overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and service across guest villas and public areas. Key Responsibilities
As the Housekeeping Team Leader, your primary duties will include:

Supervising the day-to-day housekeeping operations, including guest villas and public spaces

Conducting routine inspections of check-out villas and performing random spot checks to maintain cleanliness standards

Assisting with colleague engagement initiatives to enhance performance, motivation, and team retention

Ensuring that all team members follow up-to-date housekeeping standards and procedures

Qualifications and Skills Required
