Key Responsibilities
As part of the Hulhule' Island Hotel team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Guest Relations Champion - Housekeeping: Deliver outstanding guest service by assisting guests with their needs, managing housekeeping requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support the housekeeping team by coordinating daily operations, maintaining cleanliness standards, and promoting a welcoming environment.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Chef de Partie: Prepare high-quality dishes in line with the hotel’s culinary standards, maintaining food safety and hygiene at all times.
- Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Relevant educational background related to hospitality or culinary arts.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the respective role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and teamwork abilities.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a 'can do' mindset.
- Good operational skills and attention to detail.
- Priority will be given to Maldivian nationals.
