Job Title and Description – F&B Manager
Soneva Fushi is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to join its award-winning team. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished hospitality professional to lead and innovate within the resort’s dining operations, which are known for blending world-class cuisine with sustainability and creativity.
The F&B Manager will oversee the daily operations of the resort’s diverse dining outlets, ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, and alignment with Soneva’s sustainability principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury resorts or fine dining establishments and possess a strong ability to inspire and develop a multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Leading, training, and motivating the Food & Beverage team to deliver world-class service.

Managing all dining outlets, bars, and in-villa dining experiences across the resort.

Overseeing menu development and collaborating with chefs to create innovative, sustainable dining concepts.

Ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and adherence to quality standards.

Monitoring guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.

Implementing environmentally sustainable F&B practices in line with Soneva’s ethos.

Maintaining compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be considered for this luxury resort job in the Maldives, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Proficiency in one or more European languages (mandatory).

A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

5–7 years of progressive experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Luxury resort or fine dining experience is mandatory.

Professional certification in F&B service, wine, or hospitality leadership is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds.
