As a Wellbeing Concierge, you will serve as the key point of contact for guests’ personalized wellbeing journeys. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mindful, nurturing environment and is inspired by the idea of facilitating transformational guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their stay

Guide guests through wellbeing programs, services, and experiences tailored to their needs

Coordinate and schedule appointments for spa treatments, consultations, and immersive activities

Provide expert information on the Four Pillars of JOALI BEING’s wellbeing philosophy

Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and wellness journeys

Collaborate with practitioners and therapists to ensure seamless guest experiences

Support daily operations of the wellbeing centre with grace and efficiency

Uphold the resort’s standards of excellence and contribute to an elevated guest journey
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate a unique blend of hospitality excellence and wellness passion.

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a spa receptionist or similar role in a five-star luxury resort

Background in wellness retreats or remote island environments preferred

Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in Russian language is required

Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently
