Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager – European Market, your role will include:

  • Driving sales strategies and revenue growth across European source markets

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities and distribution channels

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners

  • Managing sales budgets, forecasting, and market analysis

  • Representing the resort at international trade shows, sales trips, and promotional events

  • Coordinating with marketing, reservations, and operations teams to ensure cohesive guest experience delivery

  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge

  • Reporting regularly to the Director of Sales and contributing to overall commercial strategies


Qualifications and Skills Required

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field

  • 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the luxury hotel or resort sector, with a strong focus on European markets

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide sales teams

  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

  • A deep understanding of European travel trends and regulations

  • Fluency in English is essential; German or Italian language proficiency is a strong advantage

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe to meet business goals
