Sales Coordinator – Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Marketing team. This resort-based position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a natural multitasker, and has a flair for communication and relationship management.
As a Sales Coordinator at Kandima Maldives, you'll serve as the central link between the sales team, guests, partners, and internal departments—ensuring seamless communication, prompt follow-ups, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales and Marketing team in coordinating client communications, contract handling, and reservation tracking

Prepare presentations, proposals, and promotional materials for partners and agents

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and database maintenance

Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure guest requirements and sales-related activities are delivered smoothly

Manage incoming sales inquiries and ensure timely responses

Support the team in organizing fam trips, site inspections, and trade events

Maintain updated records of contracts, travel agent contacts, and rate agreements
Qualifications and Skills Required
To excel in this luxury resort job, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred

Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Familiarity with PMS or CRM systems is an added advantage

Strong organizational and time-management skills

A positive, professional attitude with great interpersonal communication

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle confidential information discreetly

Willingness to live and work on a remote resort island
