Seaside Finolhu is looking for an energetic and guest-focused Recreation & Activities Supervisor who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality recreational experiences for guests across Kids Club, Teens Hut, and various resort activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing Kids Club, Teens Hut, and overall resort recreation and sports activities.

Supervise daily recreation operations while ensuring guest satisfaction through meaningful engagement.

Provide team leadership, mentoring, and support to foster a positive and energetic work culture.

Organize and execute various events, sports programs, and guest activities across the resort.

Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards for all recreational operations.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Maintain administrative records and generate reports related to recreation activities.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury resort or remote island setting.

Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant administrative software.

Positive, energetic, and highly adaptable with a guest-first approach.

Strong leadership, training, and interpersonal communication skills.
