Key Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to the resort’s quality standards.

Manage and oversee daily pastry operations ensuring consistency and creativity.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety as per Maldivian regulations.

Assist in menu planning and development to keep offerings innovative and seasonal.

Lead, mentor, and motivate junior pastry staff to improve skills and performance.

Monitor stock levels, control wastage, and assist with inventory management.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Proven experience as a Chef De Partie - Pastry or in a similar role, preferably within a Maldives resort setting or luxury hospitality environment.
