Bring your talent to a luxury resort setting
Milaidhoo is currently seeking a passionate and talented Musician to join its vibrant entertainment team. This is a unique luxury resort job opportunity in the Maldives, ideal for someone who loves live performance, guest engagement, and creating memorable atmospheres.
As a resident Musician, you will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience through live performances at different venues across the island. Whether serenading guests during sunset or setting the tone at a fine-dining dinner, your music will become part of the Milaidhoo experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform live music sets across various venues such as the bar, restaurants, and special events

Provide vocals and instrumentals, primarily guitar, to entertain guests during designated time slots

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests

Adapt performance style and song selection based on guest preferences and venue ambiance

Work closely with the resort’s entertainment and F&B teams to align performance schedules

Contribute creatively to the resort’s entertainment concepts and event planning

Ensure all instruments and sound equipment are properly set up and maintained
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

2–3 years of experience in luxury resorts or five-star hospitality environments

Professional singing ability with a proven background in live performances

Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument – guitar is highly preferred

A confident stage presence with the ability to engage and connect with an international audience

Flexibility to perform during varied time slots and locations across the resort

Well-groomed appearance with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of a third language is a plus
