Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring excellence in service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Plan and execute creative menus in collaboration with chefs and culinary staff.

Monitor financial performance, control costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team aligned with Ayada’s service standards.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.

Coordinate events, themed nights, and private functions to enhance guest experiences.

Maintain inventory, liaise with suppliers, and oversee procurement for the F&B department.

Lead by example in a hands-on, guest-centric role that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in F&B management, preferably in a 5-star resort environment.

Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in MICROS or similar POS systems.

WSET certification is a plus.

Creative, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with a deep understanding of luxury service standards.

Demonstrated success in guest satisfaction, team development, and innovation within the F&B sector.
