Key Responsibilities
As a Commis 2 – Pastry & Bakery, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Pastry Chef in preparing daily bakery and pastry items for guests and staff.

Ensuring all baked goods and desserts meet high-quality standards in both taste and presentation.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pastry and bakery kitchen at all times.

Following recipes and production methods consistently and accurately.

Supporting inventory management by monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste.

Complying with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards, including HACCP protocols.

Collaborating with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
