Job Title and Description
Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas is excited to invite applications for the position of Chef de Partie (Demi Chef de Partie). We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated culinary professionals who are passionate about delivering excellence and creativity in food preparation.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be a vital member of our kitchen brigade, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and culinary quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced chefs eager to advance their careers in a world-renowned luxury resort setting.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the resort’s culinary standards.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.

Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Collaborate with the kitchen team and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.

Receive and implement feedback constructively to enhance dish quality.

Assist in organizing kitchen stock and inventory.

Uphold proper food handling, preparation, and storage techniques to minimize waste.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Diploma or graduate from a recognized hotel or culinary school.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, specifically in cold kitchen operations.

Fluency in spoken and written English.

Strong knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation, and preservation.

Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and ability to work well in a team.
