Biosphere Beach Dharavandhoo is an exclusive new 8-room boutique guesthouse opening in September 2025 on the pristine island of Dharavandhoo in the Maldives. Job Titles and Descriptions
Biosphere Beach Dharavandhoo is currently recruiting passionate and service-oriented individuals for the following hospitality jobs in the Maldives:
Guest/Room Service
We are looking for dynamic team players with prior experience in housekeeping, food and beverage service, or related roles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, adaptable, and possesses a pleasant personality and positive attitude. Creativity in going above and beyond for guests and the ability to multitask in a small team environment is essential.
Chef (1 Position)
Seeking a skilled Chef with 2-3 years of experience in a resort or boutique hotel kitchen, preferably with Maldives experience. Candidates must have a solid understanding of food hygiene standards, stock management, and demonstrate creativity in preparing local and international dishes. Strong time management, communication, and kitchen coordination skills are a must.
Kitchen Assistant (1 Position)
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting kitchen operations or hospitality. You should be highly responsible, attentive to hygiene, physically fit, and ready to support kitchen and cleaning duties while fostering teamwork.
Guest Relations (2 Positions)
We are looking for individuals with proven guest relations experience, preferably in boutique hotels or tourism establishments. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are required, with additional languages considered a plus. Candidates must be mature, warm, highly organized, and professional, capable of working independently and as part of the Biosphere team. Familiarity with reservation systems or a willingness to learn is essential.

Coordinate kitchen staff and ensure smooth service flow
Kitchen Assistant

Support kitchen staff with food preparation and cleaning tasks

Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols

Assist in stock management and kitchen organization

Contribute to a cooperative and positive team environment
Guest Relations

Manage guest check-in/check-out and reservation systems

Address guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Facilitate personalized guest experiences to enhance satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills Required

Previous relevant experience in hospitality or resort settings
