Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Manager (Arabic or Chinese speaking)

Oversee and personalize the guest journey for Arabic- or Chinese-speaking guests.

Handle VIP arrivals and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.

Front Office Supervisor (Multi-lingual)

Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.

Qualifications and Skills Required
We’re looking for professionals who embody the Hard Rock spirit. The ideal candidates for these resort careers in the Maldives will have the following:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort or hotel

Technical qualifications relevant to the position (e.g., F&B certification, hospitality diploma)

Strong proficiency in English; multilingual candidates (Arabic, Chinese, or others) highly preferred

Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Excellent grooming and a stylish, confident appearance that matches the brand

Previous Maldives experience is a strong advantage
