Job Title and Description

Spa Manager — We are seeking an energetic, dedicated professional to lead our spa team and elevate the guest wellness experience at Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa. Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of spa operations including treatment scheduling, staff supervision, and inventory control.

Coordinate with the marketing team to promote spa services and enhance guest engagement.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a senior spa supervisory role, preferably in luxury resort settings.
Relevant certifications or diploma in spa management, hospitality, or wellness therapy.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for guest service excellence.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness products, and health & safety regulations.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and reports efficiently.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and high level of professionalism.
