We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a female Security Officer. This role is ideal for someone passionate about guest safety, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Security Officer, your primary duty is to ensure the safety and well-being of guests, staff, and resort property. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and patrolling designated areas of the resort to maintain security presence
Responding swiftly and appropriately to incidents and emergencies
Enforcing resort security policies and procedures
Conducting regular inspections and identifying potential risks
Assisting with guest concerns related to safety or lost items
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth resort operations
Writing clear incident reports and maintaining daily activity logs
Supporting a culture of safety and respect across the resort team

Qualifications and Skills Required

To succeed in this resort security job in Maldives, candidates must possess the following:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment
Strong understanding of security protocols and emergency response
Ability to work in a multicultural team and adapt to diverse work environments
Excellent communication skills in English (Dhivehi or other languages are a plus)
Demonstrated professionalism, discipline, and integrity
A team player with a positive attitude and calm demeanor
Physically fit and capable of working long shifts when required
Female candidates preferred as per the operational requirement for guest privacy and gender-sensitive areas
