Job Title: IT System & Data Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT System & Data Administrator to join the Fari Campus family. This role plays an integral part in ensuring smooth operation across multiple business systems, supporting our luxury services through innovation, maintenance, and seamless system integration.
As a member of our IT team, you will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on work with some of the most advanced systems in the Maldives resort industry while enjoying the island lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
The IT System & Data Administrator will:

Provide support and maintenance for a wide range of business systems, including:

SCM, FusionHR, HR Matrics, and Camp Master (PMS)
-
ClearPass and WLC for Wi-Fi management
-
MioSalon (Point of Sale) and TMS App (Transport Management)
-
Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
-
Veritas and Fortinet (Backup Management)
-
-
Assist with the local setup and administration of shared drives and network printers

Ensure asset management, preventive maintenance, and IT infrastructure space planning

Generate data reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel

Maintain ITSM and helpdesk platforms for internal support
Qualifications and Skills Required
To qualify for this luxury resort job in the Maldives, candidates must possess the following:
Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in IT systems or data administration, preferably in the facilities/property management sector

Familiarity with CAFM platforms and system integration
Technical Skills

Proficiency in SQL, system troubleshooting, and reporting (Excel/Power BI)

Hands-on experience with asset management and preventive maintenance

Working knowledge of ITSM systems and helpdesk tools
Additional Requirements

Strong command of English (written and spoken)

Flexible and dependable for after-hours technical support when required

Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
