Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Food & Beverage Services, you will be responsible for:

Setting and executing the overall strategy for the Food & Beverage department.
Leading and inspiring a large, diverse team across multiple venues.
Ensuring high standards of service and product delivery across all restaurants and bars.
Developing new concepts and innovative service models that enhance the guest experience.
Monitoring operational budgets and driving revenue targets.
Fostering a customer-focused, performance-driven team culture.
Coaching and mentoring team members for future growth and succession.
Working cross-functionally with kitchen, front office, and management teams to maintain consistent service quality.

Qualifications and Skills Required

We are seeking a seasoned professional who brings both operational expertise and visionary leadership. Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury or upscale resort environment.
Proven ability to manage large-scale operations with multiple F&B outlets.
