Job Title and Description – Bartender
Are you a passionate, energetic individual with a talent for crafting memorable experiences through exceptional service and signature drinks? Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa is hiring a Bartender to join our professional team of hospitality experts.
This position is ideal for someone with a flair for mixology, a guest-centric approach, and a commitment to excellence. As a Bartender at our resort, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality beverage service, engaging with international guests, and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of our elegant bar spaces.
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the Food & Beverage team, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with consistency and flair

Demonstrating expert knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage pairings

Providing warm, professional, and efficient service in all bar operations

Managing bar inventory, cleanliness, and organization

Engaging with guests to ensure a personalized experience and memorable interactions

Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations

Handling guest feedback and concerns with diplomacy and professionalism

Assisting in training and mentoring junior team members when required

Operating POS systems with accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications and Skills Required
We are looking for individuals who are committed to excellence and have the following:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort

Fluent in spoken and written English

Energetic and guest-focused personality with a passion for hospitality

Strong knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, spirits, and wines

Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities

Flexible and adaptable to different shifts and high-pressure environments

Skilled in resolving guest concerns and creating positive experiences

Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills

Impeccable grooming, hygiene, and professional presentation

A collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently
