Job Title and Description: Assistant Front Office Manager (Female)
OBLU SELECT Lobigili is looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee daily front office operations and support the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest service. This is a crucial leadership role, ideal for candidates with a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing all front office operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in/check-out and smooth reservation processes

Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding customer service consistently

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly

Maintain and manage a large room inventory effectively within the resort system

Coordinate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience

Monitor and review financial reports related to front office operations

Utilize OPERA and Eleanor App software efficiently for daily tasks and reporting

Support the Front Office Manager in administrative and operational duties as required
Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or a relevant field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 4 years in a managerial role within a resort environment

Proven experience managing large room inventories

Proficiency in OPERA and Eleanor App software is essential
