Position: Spa Therapist cum Beautician
Atmosphere Kanifushi is currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist cum Beautician to join our spa and wellness team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for wellness, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
As a Spa Therapist cum Beautician, you will be a key contributor to the wellness experiences we provide. You will offer a range of therapies and treatments that rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit of our guests, while also ensuring they feel welcomed, relaxed, and pampered throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
Your role as a Spa Therapist cum Beautician will include, but is not limited to:

Delivering Professional Treatments: Provide high-quality spa services including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other holistic wellness therapies tailored to guest needs.

Beauty Services: Offer a variety of beauty treatments including manicures, pedicures, waxing, threading, and skincare. You will be expected to maintain excellence in technique, hygiene, and customer care.

Client Interaction: Build trust and rapport with guests by listening to their concerns, explaining treatments, and customizing services accordingly. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Spa Environment Management: Ensure the spa area remains clean, calm, and welcoming at all times. You are responsible for sanitizing tools, managing treatment rooms, and maintaining overall hygiene and ambiance.

Product Knowledge: Recommend suitable products for home use and provide guests with information about post-treatment care and wellness tips.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other spa professionals, receptionists, and resort staff to deliver seamless service and uphold the brand’s standards of excellence.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on spa trends, new beauty techniques, and holistic healing practices to bring fresh, relevant treatments to our guests.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this exciting role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in a luxury resort, hotel spa, or wellness center is required. Candidates with overseas experience or training will have an added advantage.

Technical Skills: Ability to perform a wide range of body and facial therapies, as well as beauty treatments like manicures, pedicures, waxing, and threading. Knowledge of aromatherapy, Ayurveda, or holistic wellness practices is a plus.

Certification: Recognized qualifications in spa therapy, beauty therapy, or wellness treatment from accredited institutions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A friendly and professional demeanor is essential.

Guest-Centric Approach: Ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored treatments with compassion, discretion, and a warm personality.
