We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Welcome & Coordinator - GO to be the first point of contact for our guests and support their stay with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

This is a front-line role ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a warm and welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.


🧭 Job Role and Responsibilities

As a Welcome & Coordinator - GO, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests on arrival with warmth and enthusiasm, embodying the spirit of Club Med.

  • Providing personalized information and assistance regarding resort facilities, activities, and services.

  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests.

  • Assisting guests with special requests, handling concerns with professionalism, and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, F&B, and events.

  • Maintaining accurate guest records and updating information in resort management systems.

  • Participating in daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetings as required.

  • Representing Club Med’s brand values and standards in every guest interaction.


🧾 Candidate Profile – Qualifications & Skills

To be considered for the Welcome & Coordinator - GO role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

  1. Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus.

  2. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, front office, or guest relations in the hospitality sector is preferred.

  3. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages such as French, Chinese, or Russian is an advantage.

  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

  5. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.

  6. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with basic computer operations and property management systems.

  7. Appearance & Attitude: Well-groomed, energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering world-class guest service.

  8. Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required in a resort environment.
