About the Butler Role

As a Butler at Baros Maldives, your primary mission is to elevate the guest experience by providing attentive, discreet, and culturally sensitive service. You will be entrusted with managing every aspect of the guest journey, ensuring comfort, convenience, and personalized interactions that reflect the refined standards of Baros.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for Korean-speaking guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, understood, and cared for throughout their stay.
Provide tailored services such as unpacking/packing, dining arrangements, activity planning, and any special guest requests.
Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations by offering thoughtful touches, timely assistance, and seamless service.
Communicate effectively with all resort departments to coordinate guest preferences and ensure personalized experiences.
Maintain high levels of discretion, privacy, and professionalism at all times.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and memorable arrival and departure.
Uphold the resort’s standards in all interactions, embodying the elegance and tradition for which Baros is known.
Handle guest feedback proactively, resolving issues swiftly and reporting observations to relevant departments.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is essential, as the role requires direct communication with Korean-speaking guests.
Previous experience in luxury resorts or boutique hotels is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to guest needs with a courteous, calm, and proactive approach.
Must be a team player with a flexible and cooperative mindset, able to coordinate with multiple departments.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
