We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. In-Villa Dining Order Taker (Chinese Speaker)
As an In-Villa Dining Order Taker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional room service to our guests, ensuring that their in-villa dining experience is flawless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring their preferences are noted.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of the in-villa dining menu, including food and beverage offerings.
- Provide personalized service by understanding and anticipating guest needs.
- Ensure all requests are handled professionally and with a warm, welcoming approach.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the in-room dining department.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Chinese is a must.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role within a luxury resort.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
2. F&B Hostess (Russian Speaker)
The F&B Hostess plays a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role is perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure smooth coordination of table assignments and reservations.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and provide information about restaurant offerings.
- Work closely with the service team to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian is required.
