Villa Attendant – Job Description
As a Villa Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests experience the highest level of comfort and luxury. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of our exquisite villas while providing personalized service that reflects the world-class standards of Baros Maldives.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Cleaning and maintaining guest villas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
✅ Ensuring all villas are fully stocked with necessary amenities and supplies.
✅ Paying close attention to detail to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment.
✅ Reporting any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly to the relevant department.
✅ Providing warm and friendly service to guests while respecting their privacy.
✅ Working efficiently as part of a team to maintain the seamless operation of the housekeeping department.
✅ Following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented individual who is eager to contribute to the exceptional guest experience at Baros Maldives.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar housekeeping role.
✔ Prior experience in a luxury resort is a plus but not mandatory.
✔ A strong work ethic and attention to detail to maintain impeccable villa conditions.
✔ A "can-do" attitude with a high level of motivation and professionalism.
✔ Ability to work in a multicultural team and adapt to different working conditions.
✔ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per the operational needs of the resort.
✔ Good communication skills, even if English proficiency is basic.
✔ A positive personality that contributes to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
