Now Hiring: Steward (Kitchen Team)
We are currently looking for a dedicated Steward to join our kitchen team at Finolhu Baa Atoll Maldives. As a Steward, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in all areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, including dishwashing stations and storage spaces.
- Ensure all kitchen tools, equipment, and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
- Assist in organizing kitchen inventory and handling deliveries of supplies and ingredients.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring workstations are clean and stocked with necessary tools.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Dispose of waste responsibly, adhering to sustainability and recycling initiatives at the resort.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Competencies & Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
✔ The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
✔ Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods during shifts.
✔ A hardworking and committed attitude, with the capability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
✔ Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
✔ A willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
✔ Experience in the Maldives or remote locations is highly desirable but not mandatory.
