Kitchen Department
🔹 Commis I – Cold Kitchen
As a Commis I in Cold Kitchen, you will assist in the preparation of high-quality cold dishes, salads, and appetizers, ensuring consistency and excellence in presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Work closely with senior chefs to improve culinary skills and knowledge.
- Ensure high-quality plating and presentation of dishes.
- Monitor inventory and assist in stock control.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a resort or fine dining restaurant.
- Passion for culinary arts and eagerness to learn from senior chefs.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Food & Beverage Department
🔹 Barman

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following resort standards.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Barman/Mixologist in a luxury resort or high-end bar.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest inquiries professionally.
Housekeeping Department
🔹 Housekeeping Manager / Housekeeper
As a Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff, assigning duties and ensuring quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Implement housekeeping procedures to uphold resort standards.
- Manage inventory, linen supply, and housekeeping stock.
- Conduct staff training and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role in a resort/hotel.
