About the Role: Waiter at Mercure Maldives Kooddoo Resort

As a Waiter at Mercure Maldives Kooddoo Resort, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch food and beverage service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and memorable. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Opening/Closing Side Duties: Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant, ensuring everything is organized for smooth operations.
• Table Setup & Presentation: Set tables according to established standards, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Service Excellence: Deliver food and beverage services in line with departmental standards, ensuring guests’ needs are met efficiently and politely.
• Check Table Settings: Regularly check the table setting, cleanliness, and preparation of side stations to ensure readiness before operations begin.
