Soneva Fushi is currently seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join their luxury resort. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a range of therapeutic spa treatments, including massages, facials, and other beauty treatments tailored to each guest’s needs.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the spa area.
  • Promote and recommend spa products and services to guests.
  • Ensure guests have a peaceful and relaxing experience by delivering excellent service.
  • Work closely with other spa therapists and resort staff to maintain a cohesive and professional team environment.
  • Assist in the spa's daily operations, ensuring the spa is well-stocked and functional.
  • Be knowledgeable about Soneva Fushi’s eco-conscious and wellness philosophies and share them with guests to enhance their experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury five-star resort or hotel, with a solid background in a wide range of services such as massages, facials, and beauty treatments.
  • Education: High school diploma and a valid massage therapist license are required.
  • Skills: Knowledge of wellness practices and aesthetics, along with expertise in various massage techniques and beauty treatments.
  • Yoga: Previous experience in yoga therapy or yoga instruction is a distinct advantage.
  • Personality: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant and calm demeanor, and be proactive in ensuring guest satisfaction.
