We Are Now Hiring
Recreation Attendant (Chinese Speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging recreational activities for guests, ensuring they have a fun and memorable experience.
- Provide personalized service to guests, particularly those who speak Chinese, offering activity recommendations and assistance.
- Assist with water sports, excursions, and other recreational services while ensuring the safety of guests.
- Maintain recreation equipment and ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
- Work closely with the recreation team to organize events and special programs for guests.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience in a recreation or hospitality role is preferred.
- Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about guest engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Commis (Chinese Speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes under the supervision of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Ensure food preparation is in line with established standards, hygiene practices, and presentation guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking guests, understanding their dietary preferences and needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Work as part of the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- A passion for culinary arts and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent teamwork and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
