We are currently seeking a Marine Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth marine operations for our guests and staff, playing a pivotal part in the overall resort experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate marine traffic, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of guests and supplies.
- Collaborate with various departments to schedule boat transfers and excursions.
- Maintain accurate records of marine activities and schedules.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with local maritime regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to enhance guest experiences.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role or the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
