Current Job Openings
We are seeking motivated individuals to fill the following positions:
1. Waiter/Waitress – Chinese Speaking
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing top-notch service.
- Must be fluent in Chinese and English.
2. Housekeeping Coordinator
- Manage housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness standards are upheld across the resort.
3. Imam
- Provide religious services and guidance to both guests and staff while fostering a sense of community and spiritual well-being.
4. Maalimee – Korean-Speaking Guest Relations Officer (GRO)
- Offer personalized assistance to Korean-speaking guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and hassle-free.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar position in a Maldivian resort.
- Technical Qualifications: Relevant certifications and skills to perform the job effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Additional proficiency in Chinese or Korean is necessary for specific roles.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
- Personality: Vibrant, creative, and committed to providing exceptional service.
