HDC Issues Final Notice to Clear Illegally Stored Goods in Hulhumale' Phase 3

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has issued a renewed order for the removal of goods stored illegally in the reclaimed area of Hulhumale' Phase 3.

This action follows a similar directive from May, which also called for the removal of goods from empty plots in both Phases 2 and 3. However, HDC noted that the owners of these goods have failed to comply with the previous order.

Today, HDC reported that several land plots in Hulhumale' Phase 3 continue to be misused for the storage of goods and equipment. The Corporation announced that if these areas are not cleared by October 11, the items will be classified as unwanted and unclaimed, leading HDC to proceed with clearing operations as per regulations.

In their announcement, HDC emphasized that they would not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods stored in these areas during the clearing process.
